At FITUP Uniforms, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

FITUP Uniforms reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized uniforms.

  • Products with embroidery, printing, name customization, or alterations.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items, unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the returned item must meet our return eligibility requirements. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by FITUP Uniforms or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The return is due to an error made by FITUP Uniforms.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FITUP Uniforms cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
